When asked what we grow on our farm, I'd always say, "Everything but potatoes." Well, I can't even say that anymore! For the first time since the 60's, our family is growing potatoes!
This season, we're growing:
Kennebec: Excellent all-purpose buff potato with white flesh from the 40s.
Norland Red: Classic red-skinned New Potato. Great for roasting, boiling, fries, or potato salad.
German Butterball: Late season gold heirloom, fantastic roasted or as cheesy skillet potatoes, but
wonderful in every preparation.
